132. (Repealed).

132. A licence may be issued in respect of a territory so far as, according to section 30, paragraphs 1 and 4 of section 32 and section 33 and the conditions prescribed under section 34, it is open for prospecting or staking.
In no case may a licence be issued in respect of any land used as a cemetery within the meaning of the Act respecting Roman Catholic cemetery companies (chapter C-40.1) or established as a cemetery in accordance with the Non-Catholic Cemeteries Act (chapter C-17).
